Monogram Club members now qualify for a discounted rate for non-degree professional development programs offered through the Stayer Center for Executive Education at the Mendoza College of Business.
Active members can receive a 20 percent discount for the non-degree programs, delivered both on-campus and online. The comprehensive offerings cover all ranges of professional experience, from new supervisors to seasoned executives. Topics include business acumen, innovation and others that are vital to leadership development. The programs benefit individuals seeking to develop skills and knowledge for their current careers, as well as those transitioning to a new profession, whether from another industry or following a professional playing/Olympics career.
“The Monogram Club is thrilled to offer this additional member benefit, which will expand the impact of the Monogram Career Network (MCN) by assisting Monogram alumni looking to supplement their education or explore professional development opportunities,” said Monogram Club President Kevin O’Connor (’89, lacrosse). “The primary focus of the MCN to date has been on the career development of current student-athletes. Our partnership with the Stayer Center represents an effort on our part to provide similar career support to former student athletes as well.”
“The Stayer Center for Executive Education is delighted to partner with the Monogram Club to provide these professional development opportunities to its members,” said Robin Kistler, director of non-degree programs. “Not only is it a great way to reengage with Notre Dame, but our non-degree programs will create immediate impact for your day-to-day work life and, ultimately, your career.”
Founded in 1980, the Stayer Center for Executive Education provides leaders in the executive and management levels with the opportunity to develop and strengthen their leadership abilities and business acumen and skills. The Stayer Center offers non-degree certificate programs as well as degree programs in South Bend and Chicago, which include the Notre Dame Executive MBA, the Master of Science in Business Analytics and the Master of Finance.
In keeping with the Notre Dame mission, the Stayer Center emphasizes values-centered leadership in addition to academic rigor. More than 2,000 company presidents, executives and directors, as well as every Executive MBA student, have participated in the Center’s signature Executive Integral Leadership program, which incorporates spiritual and ethical strengths into leadership development.
