Why is Notre Dame transitioning to mobile ticketing?

During these unprecedented times, this recent pandemic has impacted the world including the Notre Dame community. Mobile ticketing will provide our guests and employees a safe and contactless environment with an increased protection against fraud as well as reducing the challenges of lost, stolen counterfeit or forgotten tickets.  Guests can access their mobile tickets on their smartphone through their respective Notre Dame Ticket Account or within the phone’s digital wallet.

Do I have to have a Notre Dame Athletics Ticket account in order to use the mobile ticketing option?

If you have previously purchased tickets from the Notre Dame Athletics Ticket Office, you already have an account in our ticketing system. If you do not know your password or are logging into your Notre Dame Ticket Account for the first time, click on “Forgot Password?” to have a temporary password link emailed to you. If you do not know the email address associated with your account or have additional questions, please contact the Notre Dame Athletics Ticket Office at 833-ND-IRISH (634-7474)

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, our ticketing software and ticket management systems are PCI compliant, so your mobile ticketing account and password are well protected.

When will my tickets be available on my account?

While we continue to evaluate and monitor the conoranvirus impact on stadium attendance this fall, mobile tickets will be available on accounts closer to the start of the football season. A formal announcement will be sent to season ticket members with the exact date and time their tickets will be available online.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, tickets can still be transferred through your online account.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, you are able to swipe through your available tickets at the venue and enter together if the entire party is present. However, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket.

Can I print my tickets at home?

No. Although ticket buyers will no longer have the option to print their tickets at home, fans still have a quick delivery and entry option by utilizing mobile entry offered within your Notre Dame Ticket Account on your mobile device or within your phone’s digital wallet.

Will a screenshot, photocopy or a picture of my ticket be permitted for entry?

No, a mobile ticket must be provided either within your Notre Dame Ticket Account on your mobile device or within your phone’s digital wallet in order to gain entry into the stadium. Photocopies, scans, and pictures of hard tickets will not be permitted for entry.

Is there Wi-Fi at the stadium to be able to download the tickets?

Our stadium is equipped with Wi-Fi services. However, to guarantee seamless entry, we recommend downloading your tickets into your smartphone wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Play) prior to your arrival to the stadium.
