ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The 14th-ranked University of Notre Dame men’s tennis team improved its record to 15-6 on the season with a 5-2 win over Michigan on Thursday. Notre Dame is 9-2 in Midwest regional play.

Notre Dame sophomore Ryan Sachire was a winner at No. 1 singles with a 6-2, 6-2 win over David Paradzik. Sachire is ranked No. 20 in the country in singles and had a 16-4 record in dual match play.

Sachire was also a winner at No. 3 doubles with Matt Horsley as the duo posted a 9-7 victory over Paradzik and Will Farah.
