SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame men’s tennis team, ranked No. 24 in the country by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, posted a 6-1 win over No. 43-ranked Boise State Friday afternoon. Notre Dame improves to 6-4 on the season while Boise State fall to 3-6.

Boise State won the double point in the match to take 1-0 advantage, but the Irish came back to win all six singles matches for the victory. Ryan Sachire improved his record in singles to 25-5 on the season and 11-1 in dual match play with a 6-4, 6-3 at No. 1 singles over Wesley Moodie.

Notre Dame returns to action when it travels to Ohio State tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.
