Lynn And McFadden Earn All-ACC Recognition

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The ACC announced its season awards on Wednesday and two Irish players earned conference recognition for their play on the pitch this season. Junior Jack Lynn received first-team status while senior Aiden McFadden was named to the second team.

Lynn is receiving his first second All-ACC honor after being selected to the second team in 2019 while McFadden picks up his first honor from the conference.

#27 JACK LYNN
The junior forward leads the Irish in scoring on the season with eight goals, which ranked second in the ACC at the completion of the regular season. The St. Louis native finished the regular season with two game-winning goals over the year, coming in victories against Syracuse and Louisville. Lynn now has 21 career goals over the course of three seasons at Notre Dame.

#10 AIDEN McFADDEN
McFadden started all 17 matches for the Irish in the regular season and leads the squad in assists with four. The senior also ranks second on the team in points (12) and goals (four). McFadden posted three game-winning goals in the regular season, including a golden goal free kick in a win over UNC in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament.
