Lots of Remote Locations for Jack Swarbrick Show in 2017-18

Sept. 1, 2017

The Jack Swarbrick Show debuts this weekend-with segments planned through the fall from multiple new locations in and around redone Notre Dame Stadium.

Two show segments this week come from the 50-yard line of the football field and another comes from the new South Club within O’Neill Hall. Future shows will feature segments from many of the new areas at Notre Dame Stadium.

Look for the Jack Swarbrick Show on a weekly basis beginning Saturday (Sept. 2) and for 28 weeks (through March 24, 2018, with no shows on Dec. 23 or 30) on ESPN 1000 AM radio (WMVP) in Chicago, on Sports Radio 960AM/96.1FM WSBT in South Bend and on NewsTalk 1430 WXNT-AM in Indianapolis. It’s also available via video podcasts of interview segments on WatchND and UND.com and via audio podcasts on WatchND and iTunes.

The hour-long program includes segments with various Notre Dame coaches and athletes, as well as other guests from all facets of athletics. The show also features Swarbrick and Irish coaches and athletes sharing their perspectives on the college athletics world at-large.

Guests this week are Yahoo.com college sports expert Pat Forde and the Notre Dame executive producer for live events for Fighting Irish Media, Michael Bonner. The show will feature student-athlete co-hosts on most occasions, including Irish senior offensive lineman Sam Bush this week.

The show can be heard regularly in Chicago at 6 a.m. Eastern time each Saturday on ESPN 1000 (WMVP)–and on Saturday mornings on WSBT (7 a.m. ET, except for seven and a half hours prior to prime-time kickoffs). NewsTalk 1430 WXNT-AM in Indianapolis will air the show at 7 a.m. on Saturdays.

The show is produced by Fighting Irish Media, with production assistance from studio announcer Jack Nolan.

Sponsors of the weekly show are Team Notre Dame partners Gatorade, Under Armour and Coca-Cola-and the show is also presented by Delta Airlines, Canon and Xfinity.
