Senior Mark Van Guilder's goal with 5:54 remaining broke a 1-1 tie and helped the Irish defeat Michigan State, 3-1 in Saturday's NCAA West Regional final, propelling Notre Dame to its first-ever NCAA Frozen Four berth.

Limited Tickets On Sale For Notre Dame's Inaugural Trip To NCAA Frozen Four

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame will receive a limited ticket allotment for the NCAA Frozen Four Men’s Ice Hockey Championship to be played April 10 and 12 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colo.

A public sale of tickets will not be held — however, season ticket and package holders as well as Monogram Club dues-paying hockey alumni will receive priority access and can purchase tickets through the Notre Dame Ticket Office by calling 574-631-7356 while supplies last.

In addition, the Notre Dame Alumni Clubs of Denver and Colorado Springs will receive a limited ticket allotment. Membership of those clubs should contact the clubs for potential ticket availability.

Tickets are $164 each and include all three games — two semifinal games to be played Thursday (April 10) and the championship game to be played Saturday (April 12). There will be no single-session tickets available. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

North Dakota (the #3 overall seed) faces Boston College at 6:00 p.m. EDT (4:00 p.m. MDT) on Thursday in the first semifinal game, followed by Notre Dame vs. Michigan (#1 overall seed) at 9:00 p.m. EDT (7:00 p.m. MDT). Both games will be televised by ESPN2.

The championship game will be played at 7:00 p.m. EDT (5:00 p.m. MDT) Saturday and will be televised by ESPN.
