Notre Dame will compete at Arizona, Florida, Auburn and Purdue.

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Irish track and field squads keep the outdoor season rolling this weekend as they compete in several meets across the country.

Notre Dame will compete at the Arizona Multi-Event, the Florida Relays, the Auburn Tiger Track Classic and the Mike Poehlein Invitational at Purdue.

The Arizona Multi-Event will be held Thursday and Friday, while meets at Florida, Auburn and Purdue are scheduled for Friday and Saturday.

The women’s 100-meter hurdles kicks off the Florida Relays Friday at 12:05 p.m. (ET) with the long jump starting the field events at 2:00. Action begins at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The Tiger Track Classic begins at 4:30 p.m. (CT) Friday with the hammer throw and javelin. On Saturday, field events begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by the running events at noon.

At the Mike Poehlein Invitational, the hammer throw is Friday’s only event, beginning at 3:00 p.m. (ET), while the discus and javelin lead off Saturday’s events at 10:00 a.m., followed by the running events at 11:00 a.m.

The Irish opened the outdoor season last weekend with successful performances at the Arizona State Invitational and Stanford Invitational. Notre Dame notched three first-place finishes and 11 top-five performances during competition. Joanna Schultz took home top honors in the women’s 400 meters, Jack Howard finished first in the men’s 800 meters and Kevin Schipper earned the men’s pole vault crown at Arizona State.
