Junior leftfielder Brian Stavisky worked to a full count with two outs in the 10th inning before going the other way with an outside pitch and sending a double between the Rutgers third baseman and the bag. Steve Sollmann was running from first base on the play and was waved home as the leftfielder bobbled the ball, with head coach Paul Mainieri and cleanup hitter Andrew Bushey getting a closeup view of the winning run.
