Irish Place Eight On All-ACC Academic Teams

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Notre Dame track and field programs had eight representatives named to the 2020-21 All-ACC Academic Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track & Field Teams on Tuesday afternoon.

There were a total of five representatives from the men’s side and three from the women’s squad. Standouts Colton Crum and Samuel Voelz achieved the honors for the third straight indoor season while Rachel Tanczos earned her second recognition.

Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.
