Irish Men's Soccer Holding School Supply Drive

July 9, 2018

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame men’s soccer team is currently collecting school supplies to directly benefit underprivileged students at St. Adalbert Catholic School and Holy Family School in South Bend.

The Back “Pack” to School initiative is set to run through Aug. 23, and donations can be made to the drive in person at the Murnane Family Ticket Office inside the Joyce Center on the Notre Dame campus. Backpacks, common school supplies like folders and writing utensils, and lunchboxes are just some of the items being collected by Irish men’s soccer throughout the rest of the summer months.

Notre Dame men’s soccer, in its commitment to community outreach to local schools, will distribute all collected school supplies to students in need at St. Adalbert and Holy Family prior to the start of the 2018-19 school year. The Irish officially open their 2018 season with the Mike Berticelli Memorial Game against Saint Louis on Aug. 24 at Alumni Stadium.
