Former Notre Dame head coach Lou Holtz will combine with Ara Parseghian and Brian Kelly to host the sixth annual Irish Legends Charity Golf Classic.

Irish Legends Charity Golf Classic Set For June 25

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Fans of college football and the game of golf who would like to help three great charities and meet University of Notre Dame coaching legends Ara Parseghian and Lou Holtz plus current Irish football coach Brian Kelly are invited to participate in the sixth annual Irish Legends Charity Golf, Dinner, and Auction Classic.

This year’s event, presented by O’Rourke’s Public House, is June 25 and golfing will occur at Lost Dunes Golf Club in Bridgman, Mich., and Point O’Woods Golf and Country Club in Benton Harbor, Mich. The dinner and auction, hosted by ESPN personality Mark May, will be at Lost Dunes Golf Club. Proceeds from the event support Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation, Lou Holtz Charitable Foundation and Kelly Cares Foundation.

Former Notre Dame players scheduled to appear include Reggie Brooks, Allen Pinkett, Ron Reed, Kyle Rudolph and Heisman Trophy winners Johnny Lattner and John Lujack. Former Notre Dame head coach Gerry Faust and former Indiana governor Joe Kernan are also slated to attend.

Rudolph will partner with Cadillac and meet golfers at a par-5 hole at Lost Dunes for photo opportunities and possibly some golf tips.

Lattner will appear at the Point O’Woods course and golfers will have the opportunity to pose for photos with Lattner and his Heisman Trophy.

On both golf courses, Cadillac will host a hole-in-one opportunity on a Par 3 hole for a chance to win a CTS Coupe. The vehicle along with other stars from the Cadillac line-up will be on display for attendees to enjoy along with the brand new XTS and ATS sedans.

Golfers will be invited to check in at Lost Dunes Golf Course from 9:30-11 a.m. where they will have the opportunity to have their photo taken with Parseghian, Holtz and Kelly. Golf at the two courses begins at noon. The dinner and auction begins at 6:30 p.m. at Lost Dunes.

Foursome rates are $5,000 and individual tickets are $1,250.
