Both were named to the All-Tournament team along with Creighton’s Brody Deren, who had 13 points in the title game, and Karim Souchu of Furman.

The Fighting Irish started sluggish, missing five of their first six field-goal attempts and their first five free-throw tries, but came back to lead 35-28 with just under 3 minutes left in the half.

The Bluejays closed out the half with a 10-0 run, though, and never trailed after the break.
