Sophomore Michael Kreft turned in a pair of 20th-place finishes at the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships this weekend.

Irish Conclude Season At Zone C Diving Meet

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame men’s diving squad concluded the 2012-13 season this weekend at the NCAA Zone C Diving Meet.

Sophomore Michael Kreft led the Irish this weekend with a pair of top-20 finishes in the 1- and 3-meter disciplines.

In the 1-meter discipline Thursday, Kreft led the charge with a 20th place showing (283.40 points).

Kreft equaled his 20th place finish for the 1-meter dive in the 3-meter dive Friday, totaling 329.35 points to lead the Irish for the second straight day.

Select members of the men’s swimming team will head to the NCAA Championships in two weeks in (March 28-30) Indianapolis, Ind.
