Longhorn Invite Results Get Acrobat Reader

The University of Notre Dame rowing team wrapped up competition in the Longhorn Invitational at Walter E. Long Lake in Austin, Texas on Saturday, March 25.

The regatta featured the host No. 8 Texas plus No. 14 Duke, Notre Dame, Oregon State, UCF, Iowa, Oklahoma and San Diego.

The Second Varsity Eight provided the highlight of the day for the Irish, as Emily Stinebaugh, Bailey Amenabar, Erin Dolan, Mara Bhalla, Kelly Fischer, Bridget Adam, Anja Renkes, Lauren Saunee and coxswain Sammy Hedrick just bested Oklahoma in the B Final. The Irish crossed the line at 6:31.363, while the Soooners were right there at 6:31.470.
