NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame men’s tennis team closed out the fall Sunday with six singles wins out of eight contests and three doubles victories out of four matches on the third and final day of the Tribe Invitational.
For their efforts this weekend, Greg Andrews, Blas Moros and Quentin Monoghan earned a spot on the all-tournament singles team, while Andrews and his partner Spencer Talmadge were named to the all-tournament doubles team.
Notre Dame won 10 of 15 doubles contests and 20 of 26 singles matches this weekend.
This weekend’s tournament concluded the fall for the Irish squad. They open the spring season on Saturday, Jan. 19 when they welcome in BIG EAST foe Marquette and non-conference opponent Western Illinois to Eck Tennis Center.
