PARTICIPATING TEAMS

The Irish will compete against ETSU, Indiana, Iowa State, Kansas, Marquette, Michigan, Northern Illinois, Ole Miss, Purdue, South Florida, UC Davis, UNLV and host Northwestern.

IRISH FIVE

Coach Handrigan will be deploying the same Irish lineup which took home the trophy at the Badger Invitational: Davis Chatfield, Hunter Ostrom, Palmer Jackson, Davis Lamb and Andrew O’Leary.

Hunter Ostrom has certainly carried over his hot play from a summer that witnessed the senior claiming four tournament championships. Last weekend, Ostrom notched a runner-up showing at the Badger Invitational with an 11-under par, tying the second lowest 54-hole score in program history. The career low score also resulted in Ostrom’s fourth career top-five finish.

Chatfield finished just behind Ostrom with a seven-under in Madison, which included a final round 66. The six-under round marked a career low for the junior and tied the second lowest round in school history.
