Irish Baseball Announces Winter Youth Clinic

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – University of Notre Dame head baseball coach Mik Aoki has announced the dates for the 2012 Irish Winter Youth Clinic, which will feature two sessions for aspiring baseball players (Dec. 27-28 and Jan. 2-3).

The clinic provides an excellent opportunity for children between the ages of six and 12 to be instructed by the Irish baseball staff. The participants will be instructed in all phases of the game, including hitting, defense, pitching and base running. The clinic will offer both personal and group instruction with special attention given to proper training to enhance the skill level of each individual.

The clinic will begin at 9 a.m. each day and run until Noon on both December 27-28 and Jan. 2-3. Prospective players have the option to attend one day or all four days.

All prospective campers must submit a completed application form. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis until all positions are filled. Acceptance of a camper will be verified upon receipt of the application with full payment.

The cost of camp is $125 per camper for all four sessions or $35 per camper for one session. Upon arrival, all campers who sign up will receive a Notre Dame Baseball shirt.

Please note that it is extremely important to provide a valid email address, as our confirmation will be sent via email. Please make checks payable to Notre Dame Baseball Camp. Credit card payments will not be accepted.
