NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Heading into his second year at the helm of the Irish, head coach Link Jarrett announced the 2021 schedule Tuesday afternoon.
The Irish are set to embark on a 46-game schedule, including 23 home games and 12 ACC series. All games and times are subject to change based on COVID-19 protocols and other scheduling adjustments. Notre Dame’s six ACC home series are against Duke, Louisville, NC State, Georgia Tech, North Carolina and Florida State. The road conference series are against Wake Forest, Clemson, Virginia, Pittsburgh, Boston College and Virginia Tech.
Notre Dame is set to open the season on February 19 down in Baton Rouge as they will participate in a tournament with Louisiana Tech, LSU and Air Force. The home opener is scheduled for Friday, March 19 against Duke at Frank Eck Stadium. The Irish are also scheduled to play five non-conference home games along with the six home conference series.
Notre Dame spring sport attendance policies have not been decided yet. Once a policy has been decided, it will be announced on und.com.
The season will conclude with the 2021 ACC Championship. The current site for the tournament is still to be determined.
