NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Heidi Uebelhor, previously assistant business manager, has been named assistant manager of compliance at the University of Notre Dame.

One of Uebelhor’s primary responsibilities will be rules education for student-athletes, coaches, employees, alumni and fans regarding NCAA rules and regulations. In addition to overseeing all rules education within the department, she will oversee the Student-Athlete Opportunity Fund, textbook distribution and will assist with other financial aid matters.

In addition, Uebelhor will serve as the primary compliance contact for baseball, softball, men’s and women’s swimming and diving and fencing.

Uebelhor began working at Notre Dame in the ticket office while she was a student at the University. After graduating, she held various posts in the ticket office, including ticket office systems administrator, and served as the athletics department Y2K contact.

She moved to the business office as assistant business manager in 2003. During her time in the business office, she assisted the associate athletics director for business operations in budgeting and all athletics department financial matters.

Uebelhor graduated from Notre Dame in 1999 with a degree in industrial design from the College of Arts and Letters. She completed a master’s degree in education from Indiana University South Bend during the summer of 2010.
