Cheryl O’Brien joined the Murnane Ticketing Offices in 2000 as an on-call customer service representative (CSR). She became a full-time CSR in 2007, and was promoted to the lead Customer Service Rep. position in February of 2012.

O’Brien previously worked in the hospitality industry, in the Human Resources departments of the Marriott, Doubletree by Hilton, and Wyndham Garden Hotel chains. She was also a member of the Human Resources staff at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Indianapolis, Ind.

O’Brien attended Indiana University-South Bend, and graduated from St. Joseph’s High School in South Bend. She currently resides in South Bend with her husband, Bill, and their children Kate and Sean.
