Donna Major first started at Notre Dame in 1997, and works in the Joyce Center as an administrative assistant for crowd control. She started her position as an on-call usher administrative assistant and was hired full time in July 2011.

Prior to working at Notre Dame, Major worked with her husband at their private investigative firm, Case Services, Inc. as an administrative assistant.

Major resides in South Bend, Ind. with her husband of 40 years, Casey. The couple has three children, Tara, a graduate of Purdue, Carey, who has a PhD in library science and works as a librarian in Solon, Iowa, and CJ, who graduated from Indiana University – South Bend with a Bachelors in graphic design and works at the South Bend Tribune.

Major enjoys golf, bowling, and reading in her spare time.
