Daniel Gebhard is in his fourth year working at the University as the Operations Manager for the Joyce Center.
Before coming to Notre Dame, Gebhard was an Operations Manager for a production facility. Prior to moving to South Bend in 2010, he was an Assistant Facilities Manager at a private college in Indianapolis and he also worked as a self-employed General Contractor.
Gebhard received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2002, where he studied Organizational Leadership and Sports Administration. He was a member of the University’s wrestling team and remained to help coach after graduation. Gebhard later went back to school and earned a second Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and Theology.
Gebhard is married, and his wife Marissa also works at Notre Dame as the Marketing Communications Assistant Director for the College of Science. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, spending time by the lake, hiking, kayaking and camping.
