Brad Kneibel joined the Notre Dame Sports medicine department as an assistant athletic trainer in the fall of 2013 and oversees the medical care for the Irish women’s lacrosse team. He is heavily involved with the Notre Dame sports medicine ACL reduction program.

Kneibel arrived at Notre Dame following a two-year stint as a graduate assistant at the University of Oregon where he worked primarily with the Ducks Softball and track and field programs. While at Oregon, Kneibel earned a masters degree in human physiology. He earned his bachelors degree in Athletic Training from the University of Michigan in 2011.

The Grand Rapids, MI. native now resides in South Bend with his wife Samantha, their daughter Leah, and a new member of the family coming August 2016.
