Youth Sports Clinic To Highlight National Girls And Women In Sports Day
Event to take place February 5 at the Rolfs Sports Recreation Center.

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – A free clinic sponsored by the Notre Dame Athletic Department featuring demonstrations by various Irish varsity teams and their coaches will be offered on Saturday, February 5 at the Rolfs Sports Recreation Center from 9:00-11:00 a.m. The event is being held in conjuction with National Girls and Women in Sports Day and is open to girls and boys in the eighth grade and under.

Coaches and athletes from the Notre Dame volleyball, women’s lacrosse, women’s tennis and women’s basketball teams will be in attendance at the clinic as well as members from the Notre Dame strength and conditioning staff.

Youths can participate in a maximum of three activities during the two-hour session. Following the clinic, youngsters can attend free of charge the Notre Dame-Boston College women’s basketball game at noon.
