NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The start time for University of Notre Dame women’s soccer game against Marquette on Sunday afternoon (Oct. 5) at Alumni Field has been moved to 1:00 p.m. (ET), two and a half hours earlier than previously announced. The change was made after the Irish men’s soccer home game against Georgetown, originally scheduled for that time period, was postponed following an outbreak of norovirus on the Georgetown campus in Washington, D.C.

The top-ranked Notre Dame women’s soccer team (10-0-0, 3-0-0 BIG EAST) is back in action tonight (Friday) at 7:30 p.m. (ET) against South Florida at Alumni Field. The Irish are the only unbeaten and untied team in the country entering this weekend’s play.
