DENVER – Less than 24 hours after arguably the biggest win in the 40-year history of the Notre Dame hockey program, the Irish were back on the ice at the Pepsi Center, going through a one-hour practice in preparation for Saturday’s NCAA Frozen Four national championship game against Boston College (5 p.m. MT live on ESPN/audio on UND.com).

The Notre Dame players and coaches have been quick to move past Thursday’s exciting 5-4 overtime win over top-ranked Michigan in the NCAA Frozen Four semifinals, turning all of their focus to the matchup with Boston College. The Irish met with members of the local and national media earlier on Friday (before their practice session at the Pepsi Center), as the focal point of several activities during “Friday at the Frozen Four.”

UND.com is your home for the most comprehensive coverage of Notre Dame’s first trip to the NCAA Frozen Four national championship game. In addition to Friday’s press conference quotes, a special tournament notebook and multiple daily photo galleries, Fighting Irish All-Access has you covered with video reports from the Pepsi Center, as well as the complete Notre Dame media sessions.

What’s more, fans wishing to relive Thursday night’s win over Michigan can see highlights through Fighting Irish All-Access, courtesy of ESPN, as well as exclusive behind-the-scenes celebration videos from both ice level (in the moments after Calle Ridderwall’s gamewinning goal in overtime) and in the tunnels leading to the Irish locker room.
