The University of Notre Dame football team, now 9-1 on the season and ranked fifth in the latest edition of the BCS Standings, will take is traditional day of rest today, Monday, Nov. 13, before returning to the practice field on Tuesday to prepare for Army.

The Irish senior class will be playing its final home game in Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday against one of the program’s most traditional rivals. The Notre Dame – Army series helped establish college football onto the national sports scene in the early days of both team’s programs.
