The University of Notre Dame football team capped its preseason training camps schedule over the weekend and began its preparation for the season opener against Nevada in Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 5.
Irish head coach Charlie Weis held a media session on Monday evening to cap the preseason schedule, award two walk-on scholarships and discuss the developing Irish depth chart (which will be released on Tuesday, Sept. 1).
