What is the timeline for the re-seating process?
We are currently finalizing seating details with the contractors.
A survey will be distributed in May to current season ticket holders.
Renewal applications will be mailed in August.
Will the arena be complete by next season?
The target date for completion of arena seating is set for late October.
Will there be chair back seating in the new arena?
The entire arena will consist of chair back seating.
What are the ticket prices for the 2009-10 season?
Prices will range from $15 – $40 per game. Last season prices were $13 – $33.
How will game-day parking be handled for the 2009-10 basketball season?
Similar to how parking has been handled in the past.
What do I need to do to keep my current seats?
Please fill out and return the distributed survey by the deadline.
What is the deadline to have my survey in to be considered in the re-seating process?
Do my years as a season ticket holder or my level of giving to the university get extra value during the re-seating process?
Yes! Your relationship with the University is a major criterion in the reseating process.
How will the re-seating process work?
After May 29th, the ticket office will seat people based on their relationship to the University, the criteria the season ticket holder states on their survey and the new arena configuration.
Can I purchase additional seats?
If available, season tickets will go on sale in August.
Can I make a request for a better location?
Yes. There is an area on the survey to do so.
What if I want to sit with other people whom I’ve sat with in previous years?
Please be very specific when filling out the survey. Tell us EVERYTHING you would like to have considered when we reseat you.
When will I receive my men’s basketball ticket application?
Renewal applications with new seat locations will be mailed in August.
