IMPORTANT 2020 TICKET INFORMATION

As we continue to navigate the challenges of the coronavirus, we know the impact has been felt by many around the country including those within the Notre Dame family. During this time of uncertainty, we offer our heartfelt thoughts and prayers for those who are affected by the situation. We will emerge from this challenge united with an even greater appreciation of the strength and connectedness of Notre Dame. 

In that spirit, we are optimistically looking forward to our students returning to campus and our teams competing this fall. As we prepare for the 2020 season, we offer the following answers to the most frequently asked questions:

What is the refund policy for tickets if game(s) are canceled or fans are prohibited from attending?

While we remain optimistic that the season will take place, in the event the entire season is canceled or fans are prohibited from attending, season ticket members will be provided the following refund options for their ticket purchases and any applicable membership fees:

  • Receive a refund for the full amount to the original payment method.
  • Apply the entire refund as a credit for 2021 season tickets.
  • Donate all or a portion of the refund to the Rockne Athletics Fund that provides direct and immediate support to Notre Dame Student-Athletes.  For more information, click here.

In the event of a partial cancellation or if fans are prohibited from attending a game(s), season ticket members will receive a prorated refund for the ticket & any applicable membership based upon which game(s) are canceled. Single-game ticket purchasers and lottery participants will receive a full refund minus any applicable fees.

What is the policy if game(s) are postponed or rescheduled?

In the event a game is postponed or rescheduled, please hold on to your tickets as they will be valid for the new date. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

When is the season ticket renewal deadline?

The football season ticket renewal deadline is June 1. Installment payment plans are available.  Hockey, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball renewals will be distributed in June.

Are football season tickets available for new fans?

When will the football lottery and single-game tickets go on sale?

Please know that we are working diligently on plans to return to Notre Dame Stadium. While we continue to monitor and develop potential social distancing requirements in venue, please know we will share ticket information related to the lottery at our earliest opportunity.  Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

How will I receive my tickets for this season?

Football season tickets are scheduled to be shipped in early August. Lottery participants will have the option to have their tickets shipped as usual or select to receive their tickets on their mobile device.
