Young athletes get the chance to play hockey inside Notre Dame stadium

Thursday was an unforgettable day for some young athletes in our area.

The Irish Youth Hockey League had the chance to play outside today on the rink inside Notre Dame Stadium.

Some players said it was Christmas all over again to get to skate on the same ice as some of their heroes.

Next up on the ice is Notre Dame, when they take on Michigan on Saturday.
