Assistant Athletic Trainer; Baseball, Football
Scott Stansbury is an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Notre Dame working primarily with Baseball and assisting with Football. Scott joined the Sports Medicine team in 2007. Previously, Stansbury worked at Villanova from 2003-2007. There he worked with a variety of sports teams including; Men’s soccer, baseball, women’s soccer and men’s lacrosse.
Stansbury went to Salisbury University and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education/Athletic Training. Scott continued his education attending Villanova and graduated in 2005 with a Masters of Arts in Secondary Education.
Scott is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). During his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and being a sports fan when he’s not working.
