Bio

Ryan Sehrer is in his first year as the assistant video coordinator for the Notre Dame football team in 2017, serving as the primary assistant to video coordinator Tim Collins. In this role, Sehrer assists with all video and filming needs for the football team in addition to traveling to all football games.

Sehrer helps compile all video packages utilized by Notre Dame’s football coaches in their scouting and game preparation and also works on special assignments within the program, such as highlight videos.

Sehrer spent the 2016 season as a video intern with the National Football League’s Cleveland Browns. He shot coaching video from end zone and sideline views at practices and other team-related activities. Sehrer logged and archived both NFL and college game film, and data via XOS Thunder HD. He produced weekly in-house team highlight videos to be viewed for team meetings. Sehrer assisted video staff with creating cut-ups and managing video at the college and professional level for coaches, scouts and players through DVSport Gameday.

Sehrer, who also interned with the Michigan State football program in 2015, graduated from James Madison University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in media arts and design.
