Nick Lubrano
Bio

Nick Lubrano is in his first season with the University of Notre Dame hockey program, serving as the programming intern for the men’s ice hockey team and the Compton Family Ice Arena.

In this role, Lubrano assists both the team and the facility with various duties. Within the Compton Family Ice Arena, he assists in programming and instruction at different camps, clinics and events put on by the facility. With the team, Lubrano assists the Fighting Irish coaching staff with recruiting, video, and administrative responsibilities.

Prior to moving to South Bend, Lubrano worked as a hockey operations intern with the Phoenix Coyotes. In this role, he maintained the draft-eligible player video database for the NHL franchise, in anticipation of the 2014 NHL Draft.

Lubrano was a student equipment manager at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, working for three seasons with the hockey program. He was involved in both the equipment needs of the team and assisted the director of hockey operations with daily tasks.

Lubrano graduated from UMass-Amherst in January 2014 with a bachelors degree in sports management. Originally from Dumont, New Jersey, he currently resides in South Bend.
