SPARKS, Md. – Kasey Choma and Madison Ahern have been named to the final roster for USA Lacrosse Super Sixes to represent the United States at the World Games.
The final roster comes after Choma and Ahern participated with USA Lacrosse in the World Lacrosse Super Sixes event competing against Canada and the Haudenosaunee.
Choma had six goals over four games and led Team USA with three goals in the matchup against Canada. Ahern also scored four goals and had two assists as well in all four matchups.
This final roster will compete at the World Games next summer in Birmingham, Alabama.The World Games are a multi-sport competition that will feature over 3,600 athletes from more than 100 countries competing in 34 sports from July 7-17 in Birmingham.
Ahern currently leads the Irish in goals (32) and points (43) with six games remaining in the 2022 season. Choma is not far behind as she is second on the team in goals (30) and in points (36). Both have also hit career milestones this season as they notched their 100th career points.
