NOTRE DAME, Ind — Cam Morrison has been named the Big Ten’s Third Star of the Week after notching four assists in last weekend’s series at Minnesota, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon (Nov. 5).
Morrison’s efforts, which included a trio of assists in Saturday’s 5-3 win in Minneapolis, helped the Irish earn four conference points on the opening weekend of Big Ten play.
Saturday’s performance marked Morrison’s 14th-career multi-point game and his second of the season. The three assists also tied his career high single game mark.
