NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Notre Dame and the South Bend Silverhawks will face off in the annual Silver vs. Gold exhibition game at the Cove on Tuesday, April 7. First pitch is slated for 5:30 PM. and gates will open at 4:30 PM.

The Silver Hawks defeated the Irish last year in the inaugural battle by the score of 5-3.

This year’s exhibition game will be a fundraiser with a portion of the proceeds going to the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation to fight Niemann-Pick Type C.

Tickets for the Silver vs. Gold along with all 70 home games went on sale Saturday March 14 at 10:00 AM. For more information call the Silver Hawks at 235-9988.
