The Notre Dame baseball team has made a minor adjustment to its schedule and will play a doubleheader (two seven-inning games) versus Valparaiso at Eck Stadium on Wednesday, April 25, with the first pitch set for 4:05 p.m. The teams originally were scheduled to play one game starting at 6:05.

The Irish return to action tonight against Bowling Green on “Turn Back The Clock Night,” with a 6:05 start (originally scheduled for 5:05). The game will include a variety of promotions to create an old-time baseball atmosphere, with the Irish decked out in “throwback” uniforms while admission will be 50 cents and hot dogs, popcorn and soda will be 75 cents each. The first 500 fans will receive a Notre Dame pennant while 100 lucky fans will receive an authentic throwback-style cap. Additional prizes will be presented to fans who attend in old-time attire (1960s or earlier) … while rumors have it that Elvis will be in the building!

Notre Dame earlier added a May 2 makeup game with Western Michigan, at Eck Stadium (5:05).
