Baseball Announces Two Winter Prospect Camps

Nov. 13, 2013

Camp Information And Application Form

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Head coach Mik Aoki and the coaching staff of the University of Notre Dame baseball team will hold two winter prospect camps in the upcoming months – Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 and Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014.

Both one-day camps are an excellent opportunity for high school aged players to be instructed by all members of the coaching staff on different aspects of the game including hitting, defense, pitching and base running. The clinics will offer personal and group instruction with special attention given to proper instruction and drills to enhance the skill level of each individual.

The camps are designed for players that have an interest and desire to play collegiate and/or professional baseball. College coaches from around the Midwest will be in attendance and serve as camp clinicians.

Times for both clinics will be announced at a later date, but interested participants are encouraged to register as early as possible since only a limited number of spots are available for each class year. All prospective campers must submit a completed application form. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis until all positions are filled. Acceptance of a camper will be verified upon receipt of the application with full payment. Please note that it is extremely important to provide a valid email address, as our confirmation and all communication will be sent via email.

The cost of the one-day camp is $125 per camper. Upon arrival, all campers will receive a Notre Dame Baseball t-shirt.

Both camps will allow participants a chance to check out Notre Dame’s Loftus Athletic Center, the Joyce Athletic Center and Frank Eck Stadium, which boasts an indoor hitting facility that features six batting cages and state of the art pitching machines.

To register for either camp, individuals must complete an application form with full payment to:

University of Notre Dame
Baseball Office
202 Joyce Center
Notre Dame, IN 46556

Each camper should bring their own baseball equipment including a bat, glove, batting gloves and spikes and catchers must bring their own gear.

The camp flyer can be printed off here.
