Football:
Credentials for the sideline photographers will be issued on the basis of circulation, with priority granted to agencies covering the participating schools on a regular basis.

All photographers must pick up green vests necessary for admittance to the sideline area at the media entrance to Notre Dame Stadium. All photographers’ vests must be returned within 1 1/2 hours after the game ends. Failure to do so will result in being fined and potentially denied future credentials to Notre Dame sporting events. Signing out the vest constitutes acceptance of this policy.

The media entrance is located at the press box elevator on the west side of the stadium between Entrances D and E. All members of the media will have to provide photo identification and the name must match the name on the credential. Flip cards also will be available for photographers at that time, while those wishing to obtain a game program must pick one up in the working press level (Level 3) of the press box. In addition, the main area on the fourth level of the press box has been set aside as a work space for photographers to transmit during and after the game. Photographers are not permitted inside the 30-yard lines and must remain outside the restraining lines surrounding the field.

Men’s Basketball:
Photo credentials can be obtained by contacting Alan Wasielewski in the Notre Dame Athletics Communications office. Credentials will be issued to accredited members of the media as well as those individuals on special assignment. Requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to the contest.

Photographers are not allowed to shoot from in front of or behind team benches, the scorer’s table or press row. Those wishing to use strobes should contact Alan Wasielewski to make arrangements.

Women’s Basketball:
Photo passes will be issued by Josh Bates, Associate Athletics Communications Director, to accredited members of the media and those individuals on special assignment. All requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to each game. Photographers are not allowed to shoot from in front of or behind team benches, the scorer’s table or press row. Photographers wishing to use strobes must contact Josh Bates at least 72 hours prior to each game to obtain approval.

All Other Sports:
Photo passes will be issued by each sport’s respective communications director. Anyone wishing to gain permission to photograph a sporting event must contact that team’s respective communications director at least 24 hours in advance of the event in order to obtain the proper credential for the event. Any photographer wishing to use strobes must contact the team’s athletics communications director at least 72 hours prior to each game to obtain approval.
