The Notre Dame baseball team soon will be turning the page from the 2004 regular season to the ’04 postseason – but not before “turning back the clock” for the annual night at nostolgia at Eck Stadium. Tuesday night’s game vs. Central Florida (6:07 p.m. first pitch) will serve as the popular Turn Back the Clock promotional night, featurning the following special offerings:

* Admission is half price

* The first 250 fans will receive baseball trading cards, sponsored by Coke and Trucker’s Helper

* Fans dressed in “throwback” attire will have the chance to get their picture taken with the team

* A 25-man barbershop chorus will sing the National Anthem

* 50 Notre Dame Baseball “oldtimer” hats will be given out throughout the game

* Every food item at the concessions stands will be $0.75

Here are promotional activities for the other four remaining home games on Notre Dame’s 2004 regular-season schedule:

May 19 (vs. Central Florida, 6:05 p.m.) – the first 100 fans will receive a free shaved ice from Hawaiian Oasis

May 21 (vs. Virginia Tech, 6:05 p.m.) – first 200 fans will receive a Notre Dame baseball, sponsored by National City Bank

May 22 (vs. Virginia Tech, 12:05 p.m.) – “Chill out with Notre Dame Baseball” with first 250 fans receiving a Bowl of chili, sponsored by Between the Buns … first 250 fans also will receive a baseball bottle jersey, sponsored by Between the Buns and Coke

May 23 (vs. Virginia Tech, 12:05 p.m.) – first 250 fans 18-and-under will receive a Notre Dame Baseball bat, sponsored by Papa John’s (which also will sponsor a pregame tailgating party)
